Sales order with accounting to CS Order

Hello all,
We would like to create a sales order for components from the CS order.
Transaction IW32 -> Components tab -> Select items -> Advance shipment
This works quite well via the "Advance Shipment" function. I now have two questions:
How can I predefine the order type?
2. how can I automatically define the CS order in the sales order when creating it as an account assignment?
