How Ariba Buying & CIG determine PRs in same Realm distribute to differnt SAP Clients(ECC, R3)?

Hi Gurus,

There are three SAP ECC clients (Dev, QAS) linked with same realmID (Ariba test site) in CIG, but how Ariba determine PR should be distributed to which client as when I submit two PRs with different Purchasing units in same RealmID of Ariba test site, the two PRs are distributed into different clients?

Hi Steve,

Customer routing should be done CIG.

Example :

If CompanyCode = '0001' SystemID = 'ABC'

If CompanyCode = '0002' SystemID = 'BCD'

Hi Steve,

Custom routing should be helpful here, if multiple systemID are maintained.

Normally its always 1:1 mapping ( realmID to SystemID )

Custom routing means to do some development/configuration by SAP Ariba team, right?

Whether this custom routing can be checked within CIG or not?
