Could I give any access to Custom OWL(Loaded) by user in sap bydesign

Hello.

Could I give any access to Custom OWL to the specific user or something specific condition?

in a detail, when User A write down a document in the custom BO, then its document can show only User A's OWL.

it means another User B cannot access, read or modify the document of User A. I think it might not apply my environment for the Access Control.

I also used to associate with Supplier Invoice. but I think I don't need to standard BO's connections.

that's why I'm just looking for other way.
