Good morning everyone,

Normally when I need to extract any report of JE list from SAP I use the TCode FB03, so I have the doc number, date, etc. The good thing with this TCode is that I can choose the Document Type. Now I have the externals auditors asking for the same report but with the amount and the account number. With this TCode I don't have the option to include those column in the layout menu. I tried already the reports: S_ALR_87012291, S_ALR_87012347, S_ALR_87012296, and some others, but those ones don't have the option of choose the Document Type, and the layout don't have the same information.

So basically I need a report that have: Company Code, Document No., Document Type, User name, Document date, Reference, Amount and Account number (Cr and Dr).

Does anyone know any TCode that I can get those information?

Check Dynamic Selection of all the above reports, document type is readily available.

S_ALR_87012347 - Document Items Extract - Also have doc. type in dynamic selection screen.
