Option 1. Which BAPI in Plant Maintenance (S/4HANA 1909) should be activated to post the date during Post Goods Issue (PGI-date) into the delivery date (ITOB-AULDT) of an equipment?

Option 2. Is it possible to add the last goods movement date (ITOB-DATLWB) to the display variant?

Getting the "last goods movement date" for each equipment would involve joining the VIAUFKS and AUFM tables, which will give you a list of goods movements by equipment. You then need to select the last goods movement document date.

You can use user-exit ITOB0001 (see SMOD) to add new screens/fields to the equipment master.

Then you can add additional columns of data to PM list-edit reports like IE05 via BADI_EAM_SINGLELEVEL_LIST (see SE18).
