Auto Purchase Requisition

Hi,

I am thinking of creating replacement schedule for my plant Equipments so i need to purchase the required spares in prior in this instead of doing manually is there any way to raise purchase Requisition automatically for specific materials based on schedule given.. if so plz help me with the procedures
