I have not (yet) posted about BW but you can find information about how to get SAP certified for SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and ABAP; the approach is the same.

First check the validity and any update (e.g. BW_14)

Next, the exam page

Note the recommendation to have passed exams: C_TBW55_73, C_TBW60_74, C_TBW50H_75, or C_BW4HANA_20.

Note that the exam page contains a link to a handful of sample questions, which you can take for a dry run

All questions on the exam will be sourced from this training so there is no need to study additional material (e.g. documentation, notes, openSAP trainings, etc.). Conversely, even for experienced professionals it will be challenging to pass the exam without access to the training manual. Pay particular focus to the material presented on the slides and the Notes sections.
