CTI Integration with SAP Service Cloud

Client has Telefinity Telephone Server in their call center, client's requirement is to See Call list in Service Cloud system. Please suggest me the Solution for this.

Hi Sangan,

There are a few ways to accomplish this. At AMC, we have our DaVinci platform which supports several WebRTC based clients that can be used through our DaVinci Agent for SAP Service Cloud. Developers can also embed the Telefinity client into the DaVinci Framework. Does the customer want to use Telefinity client or are they comfortable using another WebRTC client?

See if this information helps regarding basic steps to have Telefinity Telephone Server integrated with SAP C4C:

Customer wants to use Telefinity client, they do not want to use other Web RTC.
