CiG -Query stock sender config

Hi Expert team:

Can anyone help enlighten me where to config QueryStockRequest sender pls?

We have got error that we config tenantID as 4567 but CiG is 1234.

Hi Manthana,

That's the sender realm ID, which will be used for determining the connection.

Can you please check, what is the realmID in the payload.

Example : realmId="134"

I just download payload. The realm ID inside is also wrong. It’s point to parent site and system ID s also not us like this:

Thats the reason sender is picked as "1234". Now, what is the problem statement?

The error is the sender should show child site not the parent site ID. So we wonder why the system pick up this id from.

Then you should see the configuration in IMS, why parent realm is picked.

Hi Manthana,

Can you confirm the realmID that is in tenantID config is of Child Realm.

RealmID gets picked from this tenantIDconfig alone for Querystock.

Also cross verify in your CIG project what is the realm ID.

It would be under My configurations->Cross Ref-> RealmID.

If this is too as expecyed then I suggest you to raise a SR.

If Child realm is configured then why does payload has a references to Parent realm. Checking in CIG would not help much here Manthana..
