Dear experts

Just need to know once congurations been set on app Maintain Email Templates

Can i undo/clear the changes,

Can i turn on/off the notifications,

Does email go out only once to notify the approver

Will the email go to all the people in the workflow or only the next person

Can you set alerts per staff - So I can set up my own alerts
