CAT2 Worlist Template copy

Hi Experts,

Require your expertise in the following:

Current Process is, user is copying the Worklist as Templates for entire month.

During time booking the completed Actvities are also booked with time in the data entry area.

Since Template is a snapshot of the Worklist captured at a particular time ,any changes done later, addition /completion of activity done for the same month does not reflect.

This is std SAP behaviour.

I need to know any User Exit that can validate the Template and Worklist in the data entry area before entering time or any Badi that can resolve this issue of entering time for already completed activity .
