Is there the option to make the leads visible, their statuses, etc., in the segmentation profiles?

How can you use the leads that come from C4C to make target groups?

Hi Elio,

Leads are interactions of type MARKETING_LEAD. So, in segmentation you could use the attribute "Interaction Type" and search in preview for interactions of type "Lead".

Also you could set the attribute "Interaction Status" to visible in segmentation configuration and use that one in segmentation.

Think you have to play around a little bit to see if that would work for you.
