Ticket category display error

Hello experts

I have a question / problem:

The service categories for the tickets were loaded.

But when I check in the segmentation profile those types of ticket services are not displayed in the tickets section.

But when I enter the product categories if those service categories stop the tickets.

Hi Elio,

since you uploaded your Service Categories as Product Categories, they are by default also displayed under the „Product Category“ attribute group in Segmentation.

You can change that and display them in the „Account Service Tickets“ attribute group using Segmentation Configuration app. There you can change the groups and attributes that are displayed for the corresponding Segmentation Profile „All Contacts“.
