Dear Experts, I am analyzing Storage Unit issue (Storage Unit is not appearing in LX02 for few materials). When I tried to check for the Storage Unit for a material getting "Message no. L1205" error. Please guide me on this. I already searched in forums for answers.

I've found only one note related to the error L1205 517661 - 'Storage unit not found' with inventory differences However it mentions decentralized WM, so I don't think it solves your problem. Nevertheless take a look at it.

To me it looks like data inconsistency in your system. You should address it to SAP support.

Dear Dominik, SAP suggested to manually move the quants in warehouse AB01 that are in a SU-managed location to a storage bin with no SU requirement. Then, after that, we could move them back into storage type ST01 if required (for example using LT01 movement 999). They should get SU numbers at that point, when they go back into ST01.
