Call or Text Customer via different applications in C4C Mobile App

Dear Experts,

A new feature has been announced for the mobile app of c4c. We can send messages or make phone calls from the SAP Cloud for Customer mobile application using various apps that are installed on the mobile device. You can find relevant idea detail by using following link->

However we can not call or text our customer via different apps such as whatsapp by using long press on his/her number. Do we have to enable something in the system in order to benefit from this feature?

Note: We are trying to use this feature with Android.
