Dear Experts,
A new feature has been announced for the mobile app of c4c. We can send messages or make phone calls from the SAP Cloud for Customer mobile application using various apps that are installed on the mobile device. However we can not call or text our customer via different apps such as whatsapp by using long press on his/her number. Do we have to enable something in the system in order to benefit from this feature?
Note: We are trying to use this feature with Android.

there are no additional settings if you are using latest version of the C4C app it should work if still not working may be raise ticket to SAP with app and the android device version
