Failed to create ad-hoc schema export using backup service on host

Hi All,

I have set automatic backup on Hana database every night on 09.00 PM, but for this morning, i saw the backup for last night not running. I tried to run backup manual but i got error:"Failed to create ad-hoc schema export using backup service on host "my server IP"."

When i klik Show Export Log, it show error:

• run_backup.sh(3564) 210618-100341: Instance:my server ip:port Schema:"my db" Found pid file /var/log/SAPBusinessOne/BackupService/logs/my server ip/my db.pid with running pid(3187)

• run_backup.sh(3564) 210618-100341: Instance:my server ip:port Schema:"my db" ERROR: Other operation on the same schema in progress my ip:port my db

Please help.
