How to replicate Profit Center from S4H 1909 using SOAP API without MDG & SAP PI

Hello all,

I have a question. We have an SAP S/4 1909 system and we want to replicate Profit Center to multiple target systems. We have CPI as middleware. MDG and SAP PI/PO is out of scope. Is there a generic way for replicating Profit center to external systems without these?

Or should it be through MDG-F only? I have gone through all the documents and it is always referring to MDG-F based replication web services.
