Cant open dev space, SAP Business Application Studio

I am trying to enter to my dev space, but it redirects me to the same page

1. I am pressing dev link

2. it is loading (while loading white page)

3 page loaded:

like i said, was loaded not dev env, but the same main page

What is your dev space id?

Hi,

Can you access the trial account (click the blue "Enter Your Trial Account" button)?

Do you have only one trial subaccount?

Access the trail subaccount and share the role assignments that are available for your user:

(left side bar > Security > Trust Configuration > Default identity provider > fill in email > Show Assignments)

Can you check if the trial subaccount has subscription to BAS:

(left side bar > Instances and Subscriptions > Subscriptions)

- Check that the status is Subscribed + green background

- Click "..." > Go to Application to launch BAS
