Roll Back the manual change in sales order.

Hi All,

Is it possible to roll back the changes done in sales order? Example: The sales order pricing value is changed from T Code VA02, is it posaible to get the previous version of sales order?

Hello dev101

There's no such "undo changes" or Ctrl+Z function in sales orders processing. It's not Word or Excel.

However you can review the change documents of the sales order and revert the changes manually.

You can edit or revert the changes in VA02 only if subsequent delivery or billing document has not been created for that particular Sales Order.

What do you mean by this? If you want to restore the initial data that were changed, you can very well change the same (provided, if system allows to change) and save.
