Hi,

How to set the Tolerance Limit against WBS Elements...

I had done the required configuration... Please see the below image.

Now, how system restrict to do entries above budget value maintain.

Also, please let me know the significance of "Usage" field in OPS9 transaction (as below showing).

Please guide.

Hi Anil

The usage in tolerance with 1 means that when 90% of the budget in Budgeting currency is used against a WBS, you will get a warning message saying that 90% of the budget is used when you use the WBS Element while booking a transaction like PR, PO or FI Transaction etc. Similarly, on 100% you will get a hard error. The usage on the Budget profile for a project means that availability control is activated as soon as the allocated actual costs on the project crosses equal to 100%.
