Problem creating New templates in the appraisal catalog

Hello

Does anyone can help ?

We have no problem creating templates in our development system but impossible to create in our Quality system .

Either by transports, uploading or manually.

Even when we try to create manually we have the following message at saving time

Message no. HRHAP00_TEMPLATE000

A technical error has occurred

We don't have the RHHAP_CHECK_CUSTOMIZING_TABLES recommanded to check the reason of this error.

Does anyone have any idea ?

Hello

It seems that this is only a problem of authorizations because we have SAP_ALL on our development system and not on the Quality one.

The message was not clear.

BUT Who knows the rights to use to be able

1 - to create/update Templates (in the New Appraisal system)

2 - to create/update appraisals (in the New Appraisal system)

Hello Dries,

Most of the time we are getting an Authorization Failure in PLOG with OTYPE = $$.

Actually we have no idea on what is this $$ object type.

I found that in your authorization profile you are using $$ OTYPE.

Can you please explain what is that?
