Cube upload error

Former Member

BW Experts,

I am loading a cube from another cube....Well some of my data packages went fine, but one failed giving the following error

"<b>Record 1: Error calling number range object 0matl_group_5 for dimension D2()."</b>

Can anyone help me with this. This never happened in QA. I am in production and this issue came up. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ashwin

Hi Ashwin,

Even though it would say "no errors found" just execute the load again. It should work now.

Hi Ashwin,

You dont need to dump the data. Execute teh RSRV change and try teh upload to the cube.

Hi Ashwin,

Try transaction RSRV -> all elementry tests >> master data >> compare number range and maximum sid >> execute. press button 'correct error' and then reload.

Iff any error exists also try >> all combined tests >> master data >> check master data for characteristics.

hope this helps.
