How to concatenate to character in IRPA

Hi Folks,
Hope you all are safe and doing well!!
I am facing an issue which I want to share with you, actually I have to concatenate two numbers in my business requirement, I tried a lot but got failed can anyone of you please let me know the procedure of concatenating two numbers in IRPA.

Actually I am not getting any option or activity in cloud studio to concatenate to numbers so honestly I did not initiated this.

I will be very thankful to you if you can help me out with sloution.
