HANA DB trial license

We have a TRIAL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (S/4 OnPremis)

7018652-SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management for Professional use 7020464 - SAP HANA, enterprise edition

The question is how to get license kye for HANA DB because there is no HANA DB in the list of available installations (License kyes section). In the installation management section Request buttom is not active. Is there anyone who can recommend further action?
