Account Activities shows empty for few users.

Hi Experts,

I have assigned an Employee "X" to an Accounts Team in Customer.

The employee X doesn't belong to the same Sales Territory where the account is assigned.

He could see the Sales Quote(facet) information but not Activities information(facet)

How to make this employee to visible the activities information.

Hi Senthil,

You probably have to check the authorizations. If employees are allowed only to see data related to specific territories this might lead to the situation that employees not assigned to this territory will not see all. In the business role assigned to your users you can check how (strict) the authorizations have been set up for accounts, activities and sales quotes.
