How to get a counter that shows number of times a ticket is reopened in C4C?

Hi SAP Community,

I am trying to get number of times a ticket was reopened within C4C. Is there any standard report available on this?

If not, is there a way to get this count?

Hi,

There is no standard report for your requirement that shows the number of tickets that have been reopened.
