STO DN Unable to delete , error WMS already confirmed

Hi Experts,

We have STO PO which needs to be deleted as it is no longer required.

But for this STO, DN was created, and TO also confirmed.

We followed the below steps, didn't work.

Created DN For STO-VL10B

Created TO-LT03

Confirmed TO-LT12 (Stock moved to physical Bin to 916 Bin)

Checked the Stock LT26

Return to stock from Delivery -LT0G

Confirm TO -LT12 (Stock is back to Physical Bin)

When try to delete DN we are getting error “Confirmation from WMS already performed; You cannot delete item 1“

Kindly check and share us your advice on this.

Which transaction code u are trying to delete the dn? Prior there will be pgi how about that?

There is no PGI happened for this DN , only TO was confirmed and then dye to some reason we wanted to delete DN. We tried reversal in VL0G which was done in WMS. But I could see distribution status is showing C- WMS confirmed in DN. Not sure this was a bug in sap or anywhere we missed certain steps.

It looks like the delivery status has not been correctly updated after picking cancelation with LT0G. Check the delivery status. If it's still fully picked consider the note 865051 - LT0G: Missing update in the delivery (document flow)
