Urgent - IBP Add in not installing in my computer.

Dear SAP Team,

I do have X64 365 Office, however, every time I try to install the X64 IBP Add in I got an error stating that I should install the X86 which doesn't run in X64 once installed.

I Have not Visio nor project currently installed in my laptop.

All Pre-requisites have been installed.

How should I work around this?
