BP Identification Data Getting wiped out on Submit

Hi All,

I have added Custom Button on BP Identification Numbers UIBB. Initially all the buttons are Hidden . Therefore I added New Button with Action _CREA_ via Component Customizing from Toolbar Schema . On Submit of Change request the data from BP Identification is getting wiped out also the data are not getting stored in Staging tables as well. Also this is happening only in Create Scenario ,but working fine in Change Scenario.
