How to get all users info working with same work center like business configuration (bydesign)

hello, guys.

I just wanted to control the users working with my custom specific solution's work center.

if they could work same data at the same time, I have to control to stop to made duplication.

like Business Configuration WoC, when someone's working already, then other users (including CAS) have to get an message who is working already there.

if there's a way, I would like to apply with my custom solution as well. but I just only to know how to get current user's information.

Does anyone know about this or had a same thought of it like me, and solved it,
