We are working on CRM 4.0. We have successfully done the initial download from R3 to CRM for all customizing objects except for "SALESDOCUMENT".
Once the initial load is completed as per my knowledge the delta load gets automatically trigerred. We tried to do initial download for "SALESDOCUMENT" without giving the filter for ERDAT.
When i checked for the entries in table vbak in R/3 it showed more than 10 million records. The process continued for run for 2 days. It hampered the R/3 performance. So i aborted the process in R3am1 on CRM.
After this i deleted all the queues (outbound as well as inbound) but still the new queues get automatically generated in the smq2(inbound queue).
Right now i can see 2 types of queues in smq2 transaction on CRM.
1> CSA_ORDER_0002557609 type where 2557609 is the sales document number in our r/3.
2>R3AD_SALESDO0000712242 type. r3ad means delta queue(R/3 Adapter Delta) but if i check for number 712242 in vbak table on R/3 i am not able to see any sales document with this number.
If anyone knows about this case please let me know urgently.
Another query was that if i start the initial load for the sales document in one go (i.e 10 million),can i place the queues on hold in between and restart again from where it was put on hold. This is because we have some background jobs on r/3 which are getting failed if the download of salesdocument is running in crm.
Can i manually put the queue on hold when the r/3 jobs are going to be triggered and once these jobs are completed could i restart the queue (i think this can be done through smohqueue but please guide on this).
