PM Maintenance Plan Scheduled Start Dates/Times

Good afternoon.

I have recently began a roll in maintenance planning. I am trying to find a way that I can set the dates and times for the basic start/end of the order. I can make the dates generate correctly, but I cannot figure out how to make the times work correctly. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to consider my question.
