EHSM and GLM on S/4 PCE

What has been the experience running EHSM and GLM in SAP S/4 Private Cloud Edition? What has been the configuration of WWI servers? Is WWI running locally or in perhaps Azure?

Can you comment on perform, support for newer features like HVP, Enh 7 functionality.
