SAP workflow Management Inbox integration with sap back-end system

Hi all,

Do you have a clue how to integrate sap workflow management Inbox with back-end system.

I have a BTP trail account now i want if the user creates the sales order in the back-end system that sales order should get trigger in the inbox of trail account.
