Is it possible to edit the Involved parties for service requests

Hello all,

for sales opportunites in SAP ByD it is possible to include new kinds of involved parties via the WoC business configuration.

Is the same also possible for service requests? We would like to add a service-subcontractor as involved party in addition to the actual customer, but I cannot find an appropriate item in the configuration.

Any input would be highly appreciated.
