Transport changes to KPI evaluations in S/4HANA 1610

Hi Experts,

In some of the Fiori S/4HANA 1610 analytical apps like Contract Leakage the default display currency is set to EUR. We changed this to USD by editing the existing evaluation. When we are looking to Activate this change we get a popup Save Transport where there is a drop down for Customizing Request, but in spite of there been multiple customizing requests present in the front end system the drop down is empty as shown in the attached image.

We neither see any error messages in the console nor any missing authorizations in the transaction SU53.

What could be the reason for the transports not appearing in the list?
