SAP C4C and Adobe Marketo Integration

Dear Experts,

Hope this finds each of you safe and healthy..!

We had a requirement to integrate SAP C4C with Adobe Marketo for accounts and contacts sync.

The following are the integration scenarios we have achieved:

1. Lead creation and update from Marketo to C4C via CPI. (Achieved by using Standard Odata API in C4C and built a custom Iflow in CPI)

2. Marketing Permission update from Marketo to C4C. (Achieved by using Standard Odata API in C4C and built a custom Iflow in CPI)

3. Lead Status change from C4C to Marketo. (Achieved by building custom Iflow in CPI and calling it via ABSL by building external web service integration in C4C )

Now we have a requirement to sync Account and Contact information from C4C to Marketo based on some filter conditions.

I am looking for suggestions on if we can use any standard integration/SAP Open connectors to sync Account and contact data to non-SAP system instead of building a custom integration flow.

Any suggestions on the above topic is welcome.

Hello Manu,

You can first search if there are any standard content available in API Business Hub which you can customize for your scenario or else build custom integration from scratch levraging open connectors.
