Custom Field add to drop down search S4 Cloud

Hi gurus,

I have created a custom field in the "Manage Product Master" App

Is it possible to have that field be available in the drop down shown in the screenshot below when searching for a product?

Hello Sheila,

I don't think it is possible to add more fields(custom or standard fields) in the searches even if there are marked as Search Relevance. They are predefined.

I'm going to ask if there is/there will be any option to enhance the searches with additional fields.

Sheila I'd also recommend also to use tags

• cloud extensions
• fiori extensibility

I guess the 'Search Relevance' option was only limited to the component where the custom field was added. i.e. I can see that I can add this as search option at the 'Manage Product' App where it was added.

I thought there was some sort of BADI... I guess not.
