I am fresher to SAP EHS,

1) can you please explain about the integration of SAP EHS with SD, MM, FICO & logistics??

2) what are process was done in system background during dg checks?

regarding:

1) can you please explain about the integration of SAP EHS with SD, MM, FICO & logistics??

Step one: READ the online EHS help

Step two: Read any EHS blog existing here (there are some blogs which might help you) (e.g. https://blogs.sap.com/2013/05/07/sap-ehs-management-for-beginners/)

Step three: to gain speed: get in touch with an experienced EHS consultant

Step four: you need to define "exactly" what touchpoints you are looking for between e.g. SAP EHS and SAP SD

Overall: it is more a "book" to be written to explain all the touchpoints and all the "details" to consider per touchpoint

there is nearly no Integration for "FI/CO" to EHS; but PP clearly

Please read the existing EHS blogs to may be find additional informations

2) what are process was done in system background during dg checks?

This is as well a "book" you need to write down. Therefore: same hint (and there are some blogs discussing DG part as well): read SAP online help etc. (refer above)
