Error : Destination could not be accessed in SAP CAI

Hi Team

So , We have built a chatbot on SAP CAI Enterprise Edition. When we are trying the api call we are getting destination could not be accessed.

--> We have created this destination in the same sub account as sap cai

--> We have checked & our destination is working fine .

Could u please help us with this . Any help would be appreciated

Hi Karthik,

could you please post a screenshot of the destination?

If not already done, I would recommend to enable System Aliases in the settings which will allow you to select the destination via dropdown in Environments tab rather than entering the name yourself.

Thanks for the quick reply. The following is the configuration we have done, but we are receiving the above error.

We have also tried removing all the properties from the destination, yet we are receiving the same error.

Hi Karthik,

please enable System Aliases via Settings -> System Aliases and afterwards check in Environments tab if the destination is showing up in the dropdown.

Our logs clearly indicate that the destination 'demo-sapes5' does not exist in the subaccount that you're using for SAP Conversational AI. Please make sure the destination is maintained in the same subaccount which you also use for the SAP Conversational AI enterprise edition.
