SAP BPC11.1 Custom Theme or change Background Image

Dear Expert,

Does BPC11.1 have the functionality to customize the theme or change the background image of the launchpad?

We could change it in a older version by changing the css file, but for version 11.1, similar approach does not work. So I'm checking around within the community anyone had did this?
