Disable Totals/Sum in webi report

Good day!
Client recently ask for very specific requirement: He don't want report user in webi to have an opportunity to get totals.

For example, client is buiding a new report with dimension A and measure B.

And by default he can go to Design mode -> Analysis tab -> Function -> Sum.

For this measure B, client don't want user to be able to do this.

Is there a way to do that? I didn't find such option in SAP IDT where universe is built.
