below error comes in b1i integration test Please suggest

What screen are you input your data?
What specific configuration are you trying to do?
How/What do you fill the fields?

Doing a mobile integration & we are check SLD connection form integration frame work.
JDBC test connection connect successfully, but we are trying test BDI1& B1SL testing failed

same we are check manually details correct or not alslo put correct password (SLD,system) but till same issue.

please guide me why this error coming
