How to navigate from OVP card header?

Hi *,

I am not able to figure out, how we can navigate from Card Header. I would like to navigate from Card header to another app based on SemanticObject-Action (Intent-based). Can we do it with cds view annotations? I was able to achieve navigation from Line items with cds view annotations.
