I am trying to use the group sort expert in crystal to give me the TOP N or the TOP Percentage. Using this function and my report doesn't change. Isn't it only supposed to give me the TOP N, etc....? Attached is a screenshot of my Group Sort Expert.
Yes change the SQL, it appears your SQL is only returning 1 value.
If you can try connecting to the DB and add the tables, if it's a relatively simple SQL in the Command, if not then try removing possibly something in the WHERE part to get more data per group.

No matter what I change it too the report does not change. I am using a command for this report, maybe I could add a line in the SQL statement ? Not sure what else to try. Thanks.

A distinct count of the Account_ID will give you one per account - so it looks like each of the records you show only has one account. In this case, Top N is meaningless because the value is the same for all of the data. You could try changing the Distinct Count to a Count to see if that will work for you, or you need to use a different summary.
