Rejected Sales order still appearing in MD04 list

Hi All,

I have an issue where in a Rejected Sales order still appearing in MD04 list. In MD04, for the affected sales order, the quantity is still assigned.

I have run the correction program SDRQCR21, but still the order is appearing in MD04 list.

Could you please let me know how to overcome this issue.

Hi MPR,

Greetings!
When we save the sales order, system updates the material requirement in table VBBE which is displayed in MD04 and when we delete or put reason for rejection in sales order, system updates VBBE.
Sometimes the update fails due to inconsistencies which can be corrected using the report SDRQCR21.

Since the report is not helpful in your case, you can refer SAP Knowledge Based Article 1992885 which explains about various scenarios related to entries in MD04 and provides the list of notes which provides the resolutions.
