How to attach the Incident Text Logs to Mail Form in Solution Manager ITSM

Need to attach the ITSM Incident text and text logs in Mail Forms when receiving the notification, please help me to setup this configuration.

go into Actiondefinition SMIN_STD_MAIL_INFO_SAP here you find a smartform AI_CRM_IM_FULL_DATA_FORM copy it to your Znamespace. there you can define the standard textid SU99 SU01 to your own textlogs and send them. Further take a look here:
