Create text id in Service entry sheet

Hi all,

Currently in ML81N screen, we have Service entry sheet long text, line text and service master text. Is it possible to add a new text id to the screen. We need to capture acceptance/ rejection notes from Service entry workflow and pass it on to Ariba network. There is a recommendation to use DocText (BKTXT), but this field is only 25 characters long and not much can entered in it
