Recommended Successor is shown in Succession Org Chart when displayed in English. However, recommended successor is not shown in when displayed in Korean.
If having this feature is important for a specific languages not covered yet, you could log an enhancement request on Customer Influence page where you may have this put on the road map for a future release. Link : https://influence.sap.com/successfactors
