We are testing the module of Time-Series-Based Supply Planning Optimizer as following conditions.
However we did not understanding the results of Optimizer as well, please give us more explanation by return.
1.Supply chain network(Planning Area COPYUPA1): TWO finished products (TB900 and TB910) are produced in factory 1810 at location 3810 and 1820 at location 3820 respectively. TB901P and TB911P are used as input components. There is a lead time of 1 day from the factory to the DC only.
2.Constraints and Restrictions:
Non-Delivery Cost Rate for Customer 62101001 is 500, Non-Delivery Cost Rate for Customer 62101002 is 1000
Capacity Supply(restrictions):300 on 2021 CW02, 100 on 2021 CW03
There are 2 customers in total for products TB900 and TB910.
TB900のtotal demand 1200 → 2021 CW01 to CW04.
TB910 のtotal demand 400 → 2021 CW01 to CW04
4. Output of the Optimizer: Customer Receipts
TB900@CS62101001 not fulfilled： Requested amount: 1200, Fulfilled amount: 491, balance amount: 709
TB910 @CS62101002 fulfilled： 400
As to the results we understanding it was due to the constraints of Resource Capacity and Non-delivery cost that not all demands were fulfilled, but we want to know the optimizer algorism how to calculate the result of 491 is the best filled amount on this case, the balance of 709 will be ignored or adjust to the other weeks).
